Don’t limit yourself,

Because of a past,

That doesn’t have to haunt you.

When you cry,

Know it is joyful,

Because you are free if you want to be.

While loss has been deep,

And that which was taken,

Still stings like salt to a wound,

The Universe has placed,

Beauty and peace,

Beyond a door before you,

That only you can walk through.

Take it.

And be free.
